A UK rent-to-rent property coach. Plenty of attention on social, and an export of old leads sitting in a CRM. We built the machine that turns both into booked calls.

What we built

• Rebuilt the site as a VSL funnel, with the form wired straight into the 88 System
• Put a setter on TikTok and a setter on Instagram
• Put a dialler setter on the old lead export
• Built the alerts and automations, so every booking was visible the moment it landed
• Our founder took the sales calls himself

Live in about 48 hours.

What it produced

The first close was approved the day after the first booked call. Every lead, old and new, now sits in one book in the 88 System.
