Thirteen units, millions of views, and no way to turn any of it into clients.
Destiny Okosun runs R2R Collective. Nineteen, Manchester, thirteen properties running and an audience that was already paying attention. What he did not have was anything that turned attention into signed clients.
Where he was
Leads were arriving and going nowhere. There was no way to track them, no follow-up, and no visibility for anyone but him. His own words: struggling to track leads, struggling to follow up, wasting a lot of them. Closing roughly once every four to six days, and the whole thing running through Instagram messages.
What we built
- Rebuilt his site as a VSL funnel wired straight into the 88 System
- Put a setter on TikTok and a setter on Instagram
- Put a dialler on the 2,649 old leads sitting untouched in his CRM
- Placed a closer behind them, with a temporary closer taking the very first call to prove it worked
- Built the booking and close automations so every event was visible the moment it happened
- Added a group chat per booking, plus reminders at 24 hours, 12 hours, 1 hour and 10 minutes, so people actually showed
Live in twenty-four hours. First close on day two.
What it produced
Seven to fifteen a day, from the first week. A third of them came off the old list nobody had touched; the rest came from TikTok and Instagram. He was closing once a week when we started; he closes every other day now, and he is on track for £30,000 a month.
The evidence
Straight out of the 88 System and his own channel. His customers are never named, so every name is blurred.

In his words: "Rather than me just going on Instagram, I'm actually seeing numbers. More money is being made. Averaging at least one close a day, rather than one close every four, five, six days."
