Twenty thousand a month, and still doing his own back end.
Cyril Baouab runs Project Pingu, which sells time back to founders and agency owners. He was at $20,000 a month and still booking his own calls and onboarding his own clients. He sells other people their hours back and had none of his own.
What we did not touch
The offer. It was already working and it did not need us. This is the version of the engagement where the product is fine and the machine around it is the problem.
What we built
- Replaced his appointment setter with one of ours, trained on our method
- Built the back end so bookings and leads were visible without him chasing them
- Built the CRM onboarding, so a signed client moves through a process rather than through his inbox
What it produced
He still closes every one of them. He just stopped being the part that books them, chases them and onboards them.
The evidence
His book inside the 88 System, closed under his own name. His customers are never named, so every name is blurred.

Cyril is the case for a business that is already working. Not every engagement starts at zero. Some of them start at twenty thousand a month with the founder as the bottleneck.
